Born and raised in the Ozarks. Commercial real estate advisor, CREID organizer, host of Living in the Ozarks — and someone deeply curious about what makes people tick.
Living in the Ozarks is a community media platform built around real conversations with the people shaping the Ozarks region. We believe the Ozarks has always had a story worth telling — it just needed someone willing to go find it consistently, tell it honestly, and build something around it.
We're based in Nixa/Springfield, but the Ozarks doesn't stop at the city limits. Our focus is the whole region — the communities, businesses, investors, and organizations that make Southwest Missouri and the broader Ozarks worth paying attention to.
I've worked construction, healthcare, IT, and sales — different industries, same common thread. I've always worked with people, and I've always loved it. Somewhere along the way I realized I wasn't just a people person — I was deeply curious about what actually makes them tick. Not at the surface. Down at the root.
That curiosity has driven everything.
I've been licensed in real estate since 2019 with a focus on commercial investment and acquisitions across Southwest Missouri. Storage, industrial, flex, value-add — I know how to analyze the assets and find where the real opportunity is. I'm also an organizer for CREID — Commercial Real Estate Investment Discussions — the largest commercially focused investor group in the Springfield area, where we've grown from 15 attendees to regularly pulling 50 to 75 per meeting.
The same curiosity that makes me good at this business is what led me to launch Living in the Ozarks — a podcast built around real conversations with the people shaping this region. The Ozarks has always had great stories. It just needed someone willing to go find them.
If you're working on a commercial deal in Southwest Missouri — or just starting to think about what's possible — I'd like to talk.
